The Class of 1991 is currently looking to hold a class reunion in the near future. If you have any information about the whereabouts of classmates or to help with planning, please contact Britt Kalter at brittmariekalter@hotmail.com

*Class of 1948:

The class of 1948 held it's 60th reunion on June 29th, 2008. 36 classmates attended and a great time was had by all! We are looking forward to having a 65th reunion on June 23rd, 2013. If you are from the class of 1948, please contact Gloria Miller Mallasch at 773-463-7853.

Giving back to Bateman has never been easier thanks to help from CPSAlumni.org. Volunteers are always needed for ongoing projects at the school. Please contact us using the form below if you would like to volunteer your time.

Or if you prefer, we offer a lifetime membership for $75.00.

What will my membership dues be used for?
All proceeds raised from membership to the Newton Bateman Alumni Association go directly back to Bateman in a variety of ways.
Some of the things we look forward to helping support in the future include:
** Sponsoring a children’s author to come in and read to the students
** Offering a yearly special event for a student (or students depending on the money we raise) that they would not normally be able to take part in because of tough economic times and such. An example would be to sponsor a child who is interested in music for a month of lessons at a local music school.

What does membership in the Newton Bateman Alumni Association consist of?
Members will receive a variety of things including:
· A bi-monthly e-newsletter featuring information about Bateman, Neighborhood News, Class Reunions, and more.
· Access to our online database of historical photos spanning throughout many years!
· An annual “Alumni Open House” where graduates of any year can come together to walk the old halls, check out classrooms, and spend time reminiscing with friends.
· Several invitations throughout the year to attend special events at the school as well as volunteer opportunities for a wide variety of things.
· A special “Alumni Hall of Fame” for alums who have achieved great success in life and have made a positive impact on the world.

No matter how old we are, Bateman always holds a special place in our hearts. Let’s get together and help continue to enrich the lives of Bateman students while reconnecting with old friends! It’s a worthwhile cause that we can all be proud of!
